Packaging Instructions

Please package your dental appliance safely in bubble wrap, and place it in an appropriate sized cardboard box. DO NOT SEND DENTURES IN WATER.

Include completed order form, order confirmation page or note with your name, address, phone and email.

In case you forgot to include your order form in the box, write your name, address and phone number on the outer section of the box.

Shipping Methods

We accept packages sent to us via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We recommend to have the contents insured and have a tracking number.

Free USPS First Class Mail

We provide Free First Class USPS label to ship your denture to the lab. Shipping Insurance is highly recommended. It’s a customer’s responsibility to purchase shipping insurance.

DO NOT SEND IN VALUABLE DENTURE BOXES / CONTAINERS, AS IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

Attach above label to the package in which you will mail your dental appliance and drop it off at any Post Office or USPS Authorized drop-off location. It can take up to 10 business days for delivery.

Denture Repair Lab is not responsible for packages being lost, stolen, misroute, damaged or once USPS service delivery confirmation shows the package has been delivered. No exceptions. Shipping insurance is highly recommended. It is a customer’s responsibility to obtain shipping insurance.

To expedite turnaround time, we recommend to use either overnight shipping or USPS Priority Mail, when mailing your dental appliance for a repair.

Evaluation & Estimate

Before we commit to servicing or repairing your denture, first we perform a detailed evaluation — free of charge — to assess the complexity and condition of the dental appliance.

Based on this evaluation we then provide you over the phone with a detailed estimate for the service or repair work that needs to be done, containing information about cost and timeframe.

We usually complete the evaluation and provide the detailed complimentary estimate same day upon receipt of your denture.

Repair & Duplication

Once your order is confirmed, we will start the repair or duplication process.

Naturally the timeframe for this work depends entirely on the nature of the work to be performed.

Simple repairs and impressions for denture duplication will usually be complete same day. More complex jobs may take few additional days, in particular when repair work involves broken over-dentures or damaged metal frame appliances.

In all events, the anticipated timeframe for completion of the work will be indicated at the time of the order confirmation so that you know in advance exactly how long your dental appliance will be in our care.

Free USPS Priority Mail

Dentures repaired and send back with complimentary USPS Priority Mail on all orders over $250, otherwise USPS Priority Mail is $15. Tracking number will be provided via email. Shipping insurance is available and is a customers responsibility. All packages shipped with signature required upon delivery. Estimated delivery time 2-4 business days. For customer confidentiality we ship in unmarked packaging.

Expedited Delivery

If time is of the essence, we can ship with expedited delivery methods. USPS Priority Express Mail and starts at $35. Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days. FedEx and UPS pricing and timing available during the order confirmation.
